Photo & Video Consent

By participating in any training session, event, group session, camp, or program, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during participation.

These photos/videos may be used for:

  • Advertisements

  • Branding purposes

This includes content posted on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, websites, advertisements, and future promotional campaigns.

If a participant does not wish to appear in media content, they must provide written notice prior to participation.

For participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian grants permission for media usage by allowing participation unless written notice is submitted beforehand.

Youth Athlete Participation

Parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in strength training, conditioning, speed training, athletic performance training, or any physical activity carries inherent risks including injury, illness, or physical strain.

While all reasonable precautions are taken to provide a safe training environment, participation is voluntary and done at the participant’s own risk.

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing coaches of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, limitations, or restrictions before participation.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Clients and participants confirm they are physically able to participate in training activities.

Participants should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

We are not responsible for injuries, health complications, aggravation of existing conditions, or medical emergencies resulting from participation.

Participants are responsible for communicating any discomfort, pain, dizziness, injury, or health concerns immediately.

Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Packages, memberships, or prepaid sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be charged the full session amount.

No-shows may also be charged in full.

Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in refusal of future bookings.

For group sessions, camps, or events, refunds are not guaranteed once a spot has been reserved.

Online Coaching & Communication

Online coaching clients are responsible for maintaining communication and completing check-ins as requested.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to follow programming, nutrition guidance, recovery recommendations, or communication requirements may impact outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during training

  • Loss of personal property

  • Damages resulting from participation

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Missed athletic opportunities

  • Health complications arising from training participation

Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for:

  • Harassment

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Disrespect toward coaches or participants

  • Inappropriate language or actions

  • Failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines

No refunds will be issued in cases involving removal due to misconduct.

Website Usage

All website content including logos, branding, videos, graphics, programming materials, and written content remain intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Reasonable measures are taken to protect client information; however, no digital platform or method of transmission is completely secure.

By using our services or website, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Changes To Policies

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in any training service, event, session, camp, or online program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Personal training

  • Group training

  • Strength & conditioning

  • Athletic performance training

  • Powerlifting coaching

  • Hybrid conditioning

  • Mobility and recovery training

  • Online coaching

  • Team training

  • Camps and events

Services may be modified, rescheduled, or adjusted when necessary.

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise and athletic training involve inherent risks including injury, illness, muscle soreness, falls, equipment-related incidents, or other health complications.

By participating, clients and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with training activities.

Release of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the business, coaches, staff members, contractors, facilities, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, claims, or losses arising from participation.

This applies to all training environments including commercial gyms, private facilities, outdoor locations, rented spaces, schools, sports facilities, and online coaching.

Youth Athlete Consent

Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of training activities and accept associated risks on behalf of the minor participant.

Media Release

Participants grant permission for photos and videos taken during training sessions or events to be used for marketing, branding, advertising, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.

This includes content captured during:

  • Individual sessions

  • Group training

  • Athletic sessions

  • Camps

  • Events

  • Gym sessions

  • Competitions

Written notice must be submitted before participation if media exclusion is requested.

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for scheduled sessions.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

Repeated missed sessions, lateness, or scheduling conflicts may impact future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full.

No-shows may also result in full charges.

Packages, memberships, camps, or reserved group spots may be non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payments must be completed prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes may result in additional fees and refusal of future services.

Results Disclaimer

Training results vary based on effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to programming.

No specific physical, athletic, aesthetic, or performance results are guaranteed.

Facility Rules

Participants must follow all gym, facility, and safety rules where training occurs.

We are not responsible for injuries, theft, loss, or damages occurring at third-party facilities.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services at any time due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Harassment

  • Failure to follow policies

  • Non-payment

  • Disruptive behavior

Intellectual Property

Programs, branding, videos, training systems, logos, documents, and educational materials remain intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the Province of British Columbia and Canada.
